Medical Director Dr. Timothy Kavic, M.D., F.A.C.S. has more than 33 years of experience in general surgery, specializing in wound care. Over the years, he has served as a general surgeon across numerous Western Pennsylvania and Minnesota hospitals, including his own private practice in Clearfield, PA., which he ran for 21 years. Dr. Kavic is recognized as one of the region’s top specialists in thrombophlebitis varicose vein excision, peripheral vascular disease phlebitis (PVD and PAD), destruction of skin debridement of burns and wounds and infections. Dr. Kavic is an active member of the American College of Surgeons and held prominent positions on Clearfield Hospital’s Medical Executive Committee. He works with the field’s most experienced professionals to set industry standards of safety and performance of minimally invasive medical procedures. She has been a nurse since 2018 and has worked at Mercy hospital on the orthopedic, trauma, and burn unit, but now floats between the Intensive Care Units at West Penn Hospital. Being a burn nurse she has been able to work with skin in many different stages, and brings a lot of knowledge to her client’s consultations. Samantha has also worked with a plastic surgeon in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit doing breast flaps, and leech therapy. Being able to work with people to help them achieve their aesthetic goals has always been a dream of hers.
