The top cosmetic beauty company in western Pa, Body Beautiful Laser Medical Spa is hiring front desk Receptionist we’re seeking an experienced and knowledgeable front desk receptionist. If you have the experience, knowledge in the cosmetic industry and are in the Cranberry Twp., Bridgewater, Moon, or New Castle Pa. area, we have a position for you.
Hiring Front Desk Receptionist Position:
Experience in the cosmetic industry preferred.
Job Description:
Job duties could include but are not limited to:
- Greet clients as they come in the office
- Maintain good client experience in the office
- Maintain a professional atmosphere at the designated location
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Maintain scheduling calendar
- Must be proficient at typing, filing, faxing and e-mailing
- Making outbound calls to customers
- General clerical office tasks
