Dr. Giraldo, F.A.A.C.S., M.D.
Surgeon
Dr. Giraldo, F.A.A.C.S., M.D. was the first surgeon to bring C.A.L. (Custom Acoustic Liposuction) to the USA. He trained directly with the inventor of this cutting edge technology and runs the only training sites in the US for CAL. He is a skilled board certified Doctor with experience and many awards of distinction. He was an instructor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, did a General Surgery Residency at AGH and a fellowship with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and an additional one at UPMC in Transplant Surgery. He is a member of the American Society for Surgery and Laser Medicine. His work in Surgical Minimally Invasive Surgery and Oncology qualifies him as an expert utilizing his cosmetic skills to treat conditions with top-notch care for desired appearances. Dr. Tina Teimouri D.P.M. is our reference for toenail fungus, wart treatment and any other podiatry needs including issues from the knee down. Dr. Tina has been treating patients with podiatric issues including toenail problems, calluses, breaks, sprains, arthritis, diabetic conditions and many others listed below for over 20 years. Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Dr. Tina is committed to using modernized podiatric treatment methods, specializing in Cryosurgery, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (treatment for Plantar Fasciitis/heel spurs) and radiosurgery. Additionally, Dr. Tina often participates in lectures across the region discussing her vast experience within the field. Dr. Timothy Kavic, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Medical Director Dr. Timothy Kavic, M.D., F.A.C.S. has been practicing general surgery since the early 1980s, specializing in wound care. Over the years, he has served as a general surgeon across numerous Western Pennsylvania and Minnesota hospitals, including his own private practice in Clearfield, PA., which he ran for 21 years. Dr. Kavic is recognized as one of the region’s top specialists in thrombophlebitis varicose vein excision, peripheral vascular disease phlebitis (PVD and PAD), destruction of skin debridement of burns and wounds and infections. Dr. Kavic is an active member of the American College of Surgeons and held prominent positions on Clearfield Hospital’s Medical Executive Committee. He works with the field’s most experienced professionals to set industry standards of safety and performance of minimally invasive medical procedures. Dr. Kavic also served as a guest lecturer and professor throughout the region. Current Hospital privileges are at Ohio Valley in McKees Rocks.
Jeff Houk, PA

Jeff Houk PA is one of the experts on Botox, Juvederm, Restylane, Voluma and cosmetic surgery. His patients come back for repeat treatments and he has a respectable following. He is recognized by his peers as an educator and leader in the field of injectables and was one of the few clinicians with Dr. May in the mid-1980’s (before it was even FDA approved) to successfully experiment with the cosmetic benefits of botulinum toxin. Not many, if any, providers in the country can say they have been doing this treatment longer! Patients love his nearly-pain-free techniques. He even educates Doctors how to do many injectables properly, such as Botox, so patients who want to get optimal results will be able to. His gentle, yet fast “low downtime” injection technique is critical to minimize swelling (longer it takes to inject, the more trauma is caused; thus more swelling and pain results).
